A letter to myself 3 years ago

A letter to me, three years ago:

Coral, I know you’re burnt out. I know you have so much doubt. I know you’re sleep deprived AF with a 6 month old and an energetic 4 year old at home with you all day.

I know you know you can’t keep going with the health coaching journey, you’re great at it but it’s burning your candle at both ends and doesn’t have enough long term income security.

I know you can’t stop thinking about the business opportunity you saw recently, you feel the power in it so much it makes it hard to fall asleep at night. I know you're also triggered by it, annoyed that it felt so vague on the front end...but once you got a full understanding of how it all works, I know you are amazed at the brilliance of the model and can't get it out of your head.

I know you feel like you have no resources to invest with, no credit, too embarrassed to ask for help. I know you feel so financially drained dry you have no idea how to even invest any more into yourself and you’ve spent so so much on business coaching over the last 2 years.

You’ll figure out a way soon, actually you’ll realize that selling your Netflix stocks, the one thing you said you wouldn’t dig into, the one financial resource you haven’t drained, is actually going to be worth cashing in on and will give you a much higher ROI in the next few years.

You think you want to join the business for the money making potential. That will happen -- you’ll get the wins and the five-figure months….but the money is a small piece of what you will gain.

You will be so so grateful to be out of the restaurant industry, and also so grateful to be out of the health coaching hamster wheel that you’re on now.

You will get to travel to Australia twice for business events that will completely transform your life. I know you’ve had a burning desire to go there since 2nd grade.

You will start to prioritize personal development like you never have before, you’ll start reading books again, actually be consistent at your gratitudes and journaling.

You’ll feel creatively expressed in what you do.

You’ll meet your soul family, make the most powerful connections and never ever feel alone in your entrepreneurial journey again.

You’ll have unshakeable confidence, you’ll have hope for the future. You’ll have a real, tangible gameplan for legacy income that your kids will benefit from in their life as well. You know without a shadow of a doubt that you will be a millionaire within the decade.

You’ll be confident in some really difficult choices you’ll have to make, and you’ll find gratitude for the lessons and even for the trauma in your life.

You’ll change so many others lives, just by taking this step yourself. They will genuinely thank you for going first so that they could have this opportunity & community in their life as well.

I know it seems daunting and scary, but I can’t imagine where you would be if you didn’t and the sacrifices that you would have made by saying no and playing small.

✨✨✨

I just lived your ideal day, yesterday.

I woke up to a quiet, kid free house, made your morning chai and got on a call to mentor someone you are so lit up by. After that, you did some virtual coworking with your good friend. Then you did your gratitudes, blasted music and were truly grateful for the air that you breathe, for your body and for where you find yourself in life.

You did some sprints with the most beautiful mountain views, Eureka peak and mills peak both feeling like your protectors.

You had a massage, not because you were in pain but because you just felt like a goddess and wanted to pamper yourself.

You took yourself out to lunch, jumped in the cold creek next to the old green bridge.

You had an intimate mentorship call with 6 & 7 figure earners who see your true potential and are giving you laser focus to help you grow in the next few months.

You’ll submit a sale that makes you just shy of $3k and celebrate a way of earning that doesn’t look like trading time for money.

You’ll then get to meet up with your beautiful children and amazing parents at your favorite hot springs, enjoy your dad’s bbq wings, take some hot/cold plunges.

You’ll come back and snuggle with your kids, appreciating their unique personalities and enjoying every second of the snuggles.

You’ll realize you created your life by design, and it’s just as fulfilling and beautiful as you dreamed it up in your journaling.

✨✨✨

So...thank you past self. You’ll have so many unexpected ups and downs in the next few years, but I promise you, it's worth it and I'm grateful for the choices you made and the intuitive pull you just couldn't ignore.

I'm grateful for you every single day.

"Every thought you've had about money in the past shows up in your bank account in the future" - Abraham HicksThe first time I heard this, the notion hit my gut like a fastball. So many tears of frustration, anger, sadness, guilt & shame have been a part of my past. I used to feel so jealous of people who were more prosperous than me. “I can’t afford that” used to be a normal thought process. I felt angry at the financial system. Rich get richer and poor get poorer. I used to lie awake for...
